Honda civic 2019

Honda Cars India (HCI) has finally introduced the 10th generation Civic sedan in the country. The new Honda Civic 2019 comes in three petrol (V, VX and ZX) and two diesel (VX and ZX) variants priced from Rs 17.69 lakh to Rs 22.29 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The sedan’s all-new model witnessed significant design and feature changes along with a new diesel engine. Honda claims that the new Civic “promises to deliver an all new customer driving experience with its striking sporty design, powerful driving performance, advanced set of key technologies and innovations, and premium quality and upscale interior”.
The new Honda Civic 2019 has been designed on a new, lightweight platform and features MacPherson strut front suspension that said to offer engaging performance. For the first time, the Civic sedan comes with a new 118bhp, 1.6L, 4-cylinder, i-DTEC turbocharged diesel engine (borrowed from the new CR-V). The petrol model gets the same tried & tested 139bhp, 1.8L, i-VTEC engine.
